1. Services

Sumayya Aslam ("I", "me") provides career coaching and professional development services online via video call. Services are available on Saturdays and Sundays (Melbourne time) unless otherwise agreed.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Sessions cannot be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend, please notify me via the contact form at sumayyaaslam.com at least 24 hours in advance and I will manually book you in for another available date at my discretion.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching is a personal and professional development service. Results are dependent on your own effort, commitment and circumstances. I do not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increases or any specific outcome from sessions.

5. Not Professional Advice

Coaching services are not a substitute for legal, financial, psychological or medical advice. If you require professional advice in these areas, please consult a qualified professional.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, my total liability to you for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question. I am not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage.

7. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All materials, frameworks, tools, templates and content shared during or arising from sessions remain the intellectual property of Sumayya Aslam. By booking a session, you agree to the following:

• You may not record, screenshot or capture any part of a session (audio, video or screen) without my prior written consent.
• You may not reproduce, copy, share or distribute any session materials, frameworks, notes or content provided to you, in any format, without my written permission.
• You may not resell, sublicense or commercially exploit any materials, advice or content received as part of a session.
• Session content is for your personal and professional use only and must not be passed on to third parties.
• Any breach of these terms may result in legal action and a claim for damages.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy available at sumayyaaslam.com/privacy.html.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
